Eric Swanson is a Principal Architect at American Airlines and co-founder of American's InnerSource community. With 20 years of IT leadership experience, Eric has had the unique experience of working across industry and technology platforms. At American Airlines, Cloud Foundry has been an important part of the ever-evolving, hybrid, multi-cloud strategy. Eric continues to help American design and deliver cloud-based solutions with his favorite tagline "Code to Cloud with speed, safety, and scale." In addition to flying American for travel, he also enjoys his home in FL, singing and guitar, dating his wife, and enjoying time with pets and the horses.
